The winning dream will be chosen by the DeiSogni creative team and transformed into a l multimedia art installation. This bespoke piece will be a central feature at an upcoming DeiSogni: PRIDE event, becoming a shared, immersive experience for our community. This isn't just a competition; it's a unique opportunity to collaborate with the visionary minds behind DeiSogni and see your inner world manifested as a living, breathing work of art.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
* Original Work: You confirm that the dream described is your original experience and description, and does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
* Copyright Protection: You understand and acknowledge that DeiSogni strongly recommends that you copyright or otherwise protect your original work (your dream description) prior to submission, and that DeiSogni is not responsible for assisting with such protection or for any potential infringement by third parties.
* Use of Submission for Judging & Promotion: You grant DeiSogni (Studio Dream Factory and its affiliates) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, and internally share your submitted dream description for the purpose of judging this competition. Furthermore, if your dream is selected as a finalist or the winner, you grant DeiSogni the right to use your name, city, and parts or all of your dream description in promotional materials, press releases, and on our website and social media channels to announce the competition and its results.
Winner's Rights & Collaboration:
* If your dream is selected as the winning entry, you agree that it will be adapted and produced by DeiSogni as a multimedia art installation/performance piece for a future DeiSogni event.
* You agree to consult and collaborate with the DeiSogni creative team in the adaptation and production process as reasonably requested, sharing further insights into your dream.
* You understand that the final artistic interpretation, execution, and production decisions for the installation rest solely with DeiSogni, though your dream will be the foundational inspiration.
* While you retain the underlying copyright to your original dream experience and its description, you grant DeiSogni a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to create, develop, produce, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use any derivative multimedia art installation created from your winning dream description for the specific DeiSogni event and future promotional purposes related to DeiSogni.
* You will be credited as the "Dreamer" or "Original Concept" for the winning piece in all associated event materials and promotions.
* No Guarantee of Production: Submission of a dream does not guarantee selection, production, or any compensation other than what is explicitly outlined for the winning entry.
* Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
* Privacy Policy: You acknowledge that you have read and agree to DeiSogni's Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
* Consent: By checking the box above, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
